Aviation UAS Drone Law
Drone or sUAS (Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems) is a fascinating area of law that is fairly new and changing rapidly.
With an interest in aviation law in law school, and in piloting aircraft, Vincent Kostiw holds a FAA Part 107, Commercial Pilot License,
and is a member of the Lawyer-Pilots Bar Association.
He utilizes these skills mainly as a volunteer search and rescue (SAR), first responder.
This area of law has become a boutique practice area, where our firm can advise pilots, businesses, non profits and government, utilizing sUAS drones for SAR, real estate, architecture and construction, mining, surveying, mapping, package delivery, security, and more.
Services include advice to keep informed of the constant changes in the applicable aviation laws, and compliance with these laws.
