We offer three levels of Firearm Trusts that comply with the National Firearms Act of 1934 (NFA), and the Gun Control Act of 1968 (GCA), depending on your needs. All contain information for administration of the trust, with the goal of keeping everyone involved in compliance with applicable law. Most Trustees nominated will require a Federal background check at an additional charge (currently $25/per trustee), which is equal to the out-of-pocket cost we pay to the applicable government agency).
This is very basic and should be used when acquiring any NFA items, such as a silencer/suppressor, or unusual items defined by ATF rules.
This is the most popular Gun Trust, and covers all your small arms (.50 Cal, or smaller). It allows you to share your collection with a few other local trustees, and pass your collection to local beneficiaries in a way that is simple and helps keep your loved ones in compliance with firearm law.
This is more complicated and the most customizable Gun Trust. Like the Standard Trust, it allows you to share your collection with other local trustees, and pass your collection to local beneficiaries in a way that is simple and helps keep your loved ones in compliance with firearm law.
It is also structured to include the special requirements of out of state beneficiaries, and or multiple trustees as well, that may be subject to additional rules and requirements related to firearm possession.
Business entity formation in Nevada was once a process that required a lot of data entry and filings by lawyers. These days, most of the process is easily done online via the Nevada Secretary of State (NV SOS), provided that you understand the process and know what to file. We can provide guidance in this area through an in-depth business planning consultation.
Corporate, LLC or other entity discussion. Pros and cons. Suggestions and guidance for filing formation documents, tax ID, and business license applications and compliance. Fee credited to entity filing and formation package when purchased.
Includes in-depth Business Planning Consultation items, plus filing of all documents and applications suggested by our office, as permitted by law.
Annual List filing for one business entity. This is required annually by NV SOS. You can do it yourself, or we can di it for you.

Fees for U.S. Federal Trademark Registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Fees quoted do not include any required filing fees. Filing fees mentioned in descriptions are subject to change at the whim of the Federal Government.
Principal Register. Mark currently in use in commerce. Our service fees are per mark, per class, plus USPTO filing fees. One Office Action response included.
Supplemental Register. Mark currently in use in commerce. Per mark, per class, one Office Action response included. This is uncommon, and for those marks that are not initially registerable on the Principal Register, such as descriptive marks.
Trademark is a use-it-or-lose-it doctrine. Periodic filings are required by the USPTO to maintain registration. Our service fees are per mark, per class, plus USPTO filing fees. One Office Action response included.
One filing per mark, per class, one extension. This is when you want to register a trademark, but have not yet used that mark in commerce. You may elect this route if you believe your competitor may also be using a similar mark. Although it gets you in the system faster, it will ultimately cost more, as there are additional filing fees and legal fees involved (see Federal Trademark Registration above) to get your mark fully registered.
